Only 23 days until Spring!! 🌷Now if someone could tell the local housing market it’s time to bloom, that would be great! 🤣Unfortunately for buyers, the February doldrums are still in effect. Only 19 new listings were available last week, and who could blame them? Clean out and packing is no fun in this weather! Rumor has it that building supply costs are slated to rise again this Spring, and at least 2 new Seekonk homes have already risen in price. To see which ones, check out the link above. Availability is down by 40% in the town with only 9 listings on the market as of this morning. What makes the town so popular?
